Reservation

An initial reservation (checking the availability of the apartment) can be made by e-mail, reservation form, telephone, fax or personally in the Patio office.

Full reservation of the apartment ensues after making a pre-payment (20% of total price, but not less than 320 PLN). You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by fax or by mail.

Rest of the payment

The rest of the money should be paid to Patio bank account before your arrival or in the office after coming to Gdańsk. In case you fail to make the pre-pay or the main payment for the apartment in the required time, we have the right to take another reservation for the flat.

As delays often occur with payment order completion, due to various banking procedures, every such payment should be confirmed by sending us a fax of the bank statement.
